James is the newest ham of the group, bringing a fresh perspective to the hobby. Jim is a long-time ham with a love for POTA, DXing, and even APRS weather imagery. He brings humor, practical advice, and the occasional poodle-related anecdote to the mix, making him a relatable and entertaining voice on the airwaves.
Rory is a seasoned amateur radio operator with a passion for POTA activations and digital modes. Whether it’s operating portable setups during the Michigan QSO Party or experimenting with Raspberry Pi-based Allstar nodes, Rory brings a deep technical perspective and plenty of stories from the airwaves.
Sebastián Delmont KI2D is a Venezuelan-born ham radio operator based in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in New York. First licensed in 2020 and grandson of YV5BCS, he is the software developer behind Ham2K PoLo and several other ham radio tools. Sebastián serves as the Hudson Division representative to the ARRL Contest Advisory Committee, is a member of the CQ DX Marathon Management Team, and contributes to the GridTracker development team. He won the 2025 Amateur Radio Software Award for Ham2K PoLo and is a multiple category record holder in the NY QSO Party, ARRL Sweepstakes, and IARU HF Championship. When he is not building software or chasing DX, he is operating portable with a impressive station that includes a folding HexBeam on a 45 foot Spiderbeam mast and antennas hung from trees using a DJI drone.
